Cancellation
- If hunting arrangements are cancelled up to 30 days before your hunt, 30% of the total cost of the package will be retained and can not be returned to the client that is cancelling.
- If any client cancels their hunting arrangements with less than 30 days before hunt, 50% will be retained.
- If the hunter gives up an on-going hunt, the total amount of the package will be retained.
